Im not %100 sure of this answer, but there are 2 different versions of the TBeam, and I see you have the whip antenna and not the SMA, i think its the 0.7 version and not the 1.0 version of the board.

But if you have flashed everything. Check the connection of the antenna. Apply much pressure as sometimes they are not seated completely. Keep applying pressure on both and restart, if they see each other after boot… the antenna connection would be to blame

From your output its saying you have hwver 865, but your sticker is 433?
Does this hwver reflect the firmware flashed or is it a result of a readout from the actual chip?
Good find, but this only means the flashed firmware variant is EU868.
But I wonder why it’s software version 1.1.0 when he has flashed 1.1.4 like mentioned above…
