I’ve noticed that on 0.9.2 and 0.9.3 if I connect the USB serial console (or just running meshtastic
for logging) that the OLED display on my lora32-v2 will kind of dim out and then show a progress bar in a loop: https://youtu.be/443GvUBXtm0
Hmm. Does that device have a button for next screen? I forget.
It looks like it thinks that button is being pressed. Would you mind filling a bug and hopefully one of the devs they have that board type can take a look? Can you copy in these comments?
I’ve created https://github.com/meshtastic/Meshtastic-device/issues/341. The tlora-v2 doesn’t have a button for switching pages, just a boot button.
Does anyone happen to have a link to a PDF for the TTGO LORA32 board schematics? My googling is failing. I’d like to take a look so I can hopefully come up with a theory on https://github.com/meshtastic/Meshtastic-device/issues/322
never mind - I think I have a fix (probably). waiting for feedback from people that have this board type.
In 0.9.2 and 0.9.3, my TTGO Lora32 gets stuck in a loop. The Meshtastic logo flashes on the screen for a sec, then it reboots and the process repeats. Rolled back to 0.9.1 and seems to be okay.
Thanks for the report. That bug is already fixed and will be in the next build. (Adding sensing to lora32 exposed a bug with sleep that already existed for that board type)
