This error occurred when I was writing the firmware.
Write the latest firmware tlora-v2-1-1.6-1.2.16.bin, still this error.
I have installed the driver.

Apparently it’s a problem with the internet connection, maybe the firewall is bothering 
.
Do you have a GNU/Linux computer? You can try installing it from the terminal
