T3_V1.6.1 TTgo 868/915 problems

Hi, are several day I m trying to flash my model. Can anyone help me please? I am a beginner. I need a step by step help. Becouse I did try several times but nothing. I did downloaded this tool Tools | Espressif Systems Flash Download Tools Windows PC V3.9.2 2021.11.10 . I do not know if it is right. After i went to this page Firmware | Meshtastic and I did downloaded this : Meshtastic Firmware 1.2.50.41dcfdd . In the folder there are several bin I did try every one and no one seems to work. Wich should I choose?
When i Start the flash download tool I have to choose chiptype and workmode

Wich chip have I to select for my board and wich work mode?
After I have to set spi speed, speed mode and so on. What to set and how?

Is an error to use the “flash download tool?” . I am an absolute begginner and I will prefer a graphic metod if possible. I will try this guide you suggest but wich firmware must I choose?
