I just got a couple Lilygo T3-S3 SX1280 devices. I updated them with Firmware 2.3.4. Here is a screen shot of the default setting. Is this ok? On the Lilygo’s website, it gives a warning about setting the RF output level right.

Meshtastic does not support lorawan gateways
I have the same T3S3 2.4g board. It will not work on lorawan and my attempts to change to US have failed. It resets to lorawan every time after reboot. I heard there was a flash problem with webflasher so I flashed with CLI but still no luck. Not sure this board is working with meshtastic right now. I think I have exhausted everything I can think of. Maybe a future firmware will fix.
