Position Broadcast Question

I noticed in the docs for position_broadcast_secs is mentions this:

How often our position is sent to the mesh (but only if it has changed significantly).

Is it documented how significant of a change this needs to be to update location? And is there a way to change this in the radio settings?

What docs are you looking at? Some are more up to date than others.

@geeksville likely coded that so he may have the best answer. It would be great if we can update the docs to include this information.

I wrote that section on the docs and @Spor7biker is correct. I pulled it from the protobufs, so I’m not very sure what it requires to be “significant”.

My time is freeing up a little to contribute more so I should be refining my corner of the documentation soon. Any time you find things like this feel free to ask questions and submit issues/pull requests on Github!
