Well I did find another post with similar issue here: Heltec V3 Random Factory Resets - Development - Meshtastic.
If the device was working and now is doing this, maybe flashing will work. The issue I had was from the get-go with a new device, so that’s why I replaced it.
Hopefully someone whom has more experience with the Heltec v3 chimes in.
