It not needed as the wio-tracker-wm1110 ships with a UF2 bootloader, just double press reset and paste in the drive letter uf2 file below

He does not appear to show the actual SWD connection he made via 6pin or SWD+Trace pads ???
the 6pin needle cable is expensive and the SWD+Trace pin out is incorrectly documented on Seeed web site
Anyhow I found correct pins and tested flash via pyocd (rp2040 debugprobe)
