Beginnings of an Android app manual/FAQ (with a common bluetooth answer)

Hi ya’ll,

I’ve started a FAQ for the android app - anyone can edit it to add questions or answers. To start it off I answered a very common problem that explains 90% of “nothing shows up in bluetooth scan” bug reports. See the FAQ for the question and a screenshot of what setting to check:
