Setup:
2 Lora32, FW2.0.19, ZCY1&ZCY3 sending a message from zcy3 to zcy1, message arrives now but in first line on screen says “81m ago from zcy3”.
It seems the time since reception of message ist wrong. (No Timer reset after receiving message)
Could this be?
PS: And the User displayed in the message above is only 4 chars long (zcy41 becomes zcy4)…

Have you tried firmware 2.0.20? There were some fixes for the time that were in that release. Also, the from is always going to be the short name of the node, which is a max of 4 characters.
Actually, I think I know what you mean now. When you say “LORA32” are you talking about the Heltec device?

- No I didn’t user 2.0.20 because it was “alpha”…
- same on ttgo and lylygo (see fotos)
- on the first page, there is the long name “zcy41”, on the message side only the short (zcy4)… (see foto)
- on the second foto you see “2 minutes ago from…”
in reality this was a few seconds ago.
