I got two tbeams and had them flashed with the newest meshtastic firmware and struggled for like two days trying to make them work. Finally I gave up and bought a heltek v3 and flashed it and then to my surprise both tbeams started working. I figured one of them had a hardware issue but that does not seem to be the case. I can get a message sent from one tbeam on another, but it will only work if relayed through the heltek v3. Any ideas on why this is?
this is a classic bug many see, the mesh data/id/position forward just dont work perfectly, people with many nodes located far and near test how they can send small test messages to them self, but fail between some, while other combinations seems to work a bit better… I really hope we hear they found and fixed this, soon else it is a mayor show stopper
