Hey I have carried out a little experiment i have removed the lora module of the board and soldered on a SX1262 module from Aliexpress, links in my video description as it wont allow me to edit the post with two links.
now one of the boards work flawlessly but the signal max is 80%-86% Ive seen people moaning. Idk if i need to make custom firmware.
also one of the boards (one that has lit on fire when (long time ago) i plugged in the usb, and now needs to be programmed through another board, has not been able to find sats (GPS) idk if i cooked it with the hot air. because it worked before.
I left it outside to try to sync up. fingers crossed.
will try to do some range testing. use the one with no gps set as static. will make another video.
