New to LoRa T-Beam Programing

I purchaed 2 T-Beam devices and I need to flash them. When I plug the device into the computer via USB, the device is not being recognized. Is there a driver that needs to be installed?

new T-Beams are shipping with the CH9102F chip. for Windows check: T-Beam CH9201 drivers

You need to install Silicon Labs UART USB Driver, although that is certainly in the instructions, so maybe I have misunderstood you.
