Are you considering using Meshtastic @ Burning Man this year? The Meshtastic Developers in conjunction with BM Meshtastic community users have come up with a custom firmware designed specifically for the Playa. The settings and presets are similar to those used last week at Defcon, which had a mesh that hit around 2,000 nodes and stayed stable! This will be a big upgrade from last year, as using default presets will probably end in another congested/non-functional experience for everyone.
