LILYGO Lora V1 Screen Issue

Hi all, with the LILYGO Lora V1, the screen doesn’t show clearly, is this normal or bad screen?

I have a dropped T-LoRA v1 with a small crack at the bottom left corner that developed a similar display issue. I suspect there is something broken. You might inspect the ribbon to make sure it’s seated well

Looks like the bottom right corner of your screen is cracked.
