Favorites and deletion of them

Feature request: add the favorites function like the iOS app and prevents favorites for deletion.
Why: to be able to make remote administration of repeater nodes, and don’t lost them during a deletion of the node database.

### Platform NRF52, ESP32 ### Description The title largely describes it. Cu…rrently, "favorite" is an abstraction present in the iOS app. This helps keep frequent DM targets top of node list on the phome. If this were actually a NodeDB attribute (settable via CLI), then devices could be pre-provisioned for use by ad hoc groups with no user setup required beyond device pairing, wtih these "favorites" already noted for other devices in the group.
