I would uninstall the app and forget the devices under settings > bluetooth
Ok, so you mean the iOS global settings 
I now erased everything and set up everything from scratch again. Seems to be working now. Thank you.
I’ve got the same problem. Resetting and starting from scratch works for a while but then the BLE connection issue returns.
Has anyone permanently solved it?
