I think now the web flasher does not work anymore. There are no options in the drop-down boxes.

Yep the drop downs are not not showing anything for me. and the backup site is down

Confirm web flasher is not working, device drop down does not pick up the com port. Tried in Edge and Chrome, same results. attaching screen shots with active tbeam connected.
I assume the original Web Flasher will be back soon.
On the other hand, there’s work in progress on a new flasher at flash.meshtastic.org. While it’s still experimental, you could give that a try. Otherwise, you can flash via the CLI.
I would recommend to join the Discord for more updates.
