Testing chanel to not spam LongFast

Here is the PSK or QR code to use to have a channel called “UK”.
This chanel was made for fun testing of the mesh and so that comments can be made in the “reply” below

when messages are not getting through on the mesh and posting traceroutes etc.

Using LongFast for testing resulted in obscentites and abuse so this channel can be used to avoid those bad vibes.

I noticed that messages sometimes have to be sent many many times to get through and this provoked the abuse on LongFast.

– QR for just the UK channel —

Apple allows for this QR to add to an existing list but Android (I think) overwrites the whole list so on Android just go to the menu shown here and select edit

and then add:

and manually enter name as
UK
and PSK as

YuhzyZ7Wt+SzfPLtXo3b9BcOOyd6uxLesW0mEqaD9z4=

(i.e. overwrite, with the above, that what the app automatically fills in the PSK field when you type “UK” in the Channel Name field.)

then you have that channel.

If you have done it successfully, radio configuration - channels might then look like this:

and you messages might look like this:

i.e. the channel appearing shows it worked. If channel does not appear, then something did not work.

Traceroutes:

path study for message received on this channel:

but went via wns “worcester node south” so I am told via a traceroute shared by sender.

but not sure what route it took though I was shown an essentially direct traceroute… rather surprising.
