i dont understand if is possible send the command directly by the android client on the admin channel , and if possible where is the list of the command ?
For example if i want to send the reboot command to a remote node where i can found the related commad ?

not need to type in admin-channel commands any more…
in newer firmwares and android client, you can do all of that via GUI.
after you set up the admin channel (also via android app) on the devices
just administrate the remote node in the android app, by clicking it in the node list, and go to settings, like you do with the bluetooth connected node…
also restart and most other settings !!
on apple i dont know 
i think, yesterday i accidentally shut down one of my remote nodes by fat finger-clicking the shutdown command it is still in position, i can see it with googles but it does not broadcast any more
But what if you don’t want to use the app? The Apple app requires a higher OS version than my laptop can upgrade to.
Is there a complete list of the commands that can be sent over the mesh network via the CLI window?

i started using admin channel only after GUI available 
You can find the list of commands here. You can also run the Python frontend with the --help option to see the list of commands.
