RAKwireless randomly rests

I’m having an interesting problem with my Rak after a few weeks the Rak reset its self to factory this has happened twice
Any ideas ?
My other Rak’s are fine.

Did the battery go flat in the meantime? I’ve had one case…not every time…but I allowed battery to run down entirely…I’d been testing the extreme side of how low your battery can go and still work. When it came back up after going flat, it it was effectively reset to factory defaults. I know that’s not behavior as intended, so have to imagine it’ll get sorted out…and I want to stress this only has happened once to me.

If this were a solar node, it’s possible it ran flat, then got subsequently recharged and came back up, but in a factory default state.

Sorry I don’t have more pointed advice than that, but hopefully it helps!

Regards,
Pol

Hi
Yes it was in solar mode but I have a battery and solar panel that is totally over kill and looking at the logs day to day it never drops below 4 volts.
The way I found out ! I was not been able to login
I’m reluctant to purchase another one as they costs a bunch to post to New Zealand.
Not sure but I can’t afford to drive 40 minutes to its future location if it dies.
