Admin channel timeouts and unresponsiveness

I’ve been seeing this since v1.2.17

1.2.17 alpha release

Anyone else having timeouts when trying to use the --dest remote function? Device and python at 1.2.17. [2021-03-28-095018_3840x1080_scrot]

I thought I opened a Github issue but I can’t seem to find it now.
