Wrong decoding telemetry device data for INA219 rel 2.1.18

I just compiled and loaded 2.1.18 on Tlora2 -1-1-6 device and noticed the encoding of the INA219 telemetry data is wrong as you can see in the attached screen shot: thw voltage value is 22.94V and the current is ‘infinitymA’.

Actually I checked also the versions after 2.1.13 and noticed all of them failed same way as 2.1.18. The last working version about this issue was 2.1.13 so I went back to that.
