INA219 telemetry gotcha

If anyone is having trouble getting the INA219 based telemetry to work, it may help to note that the documentation should include the comment that its I2C address should be set to 0x40.
For example, the SEN0291 DFRobot Gravity: I2C Digital Wattmeter ships with the default address 0x45 - which doesn’t work!
