I just upgraded Meshtasticd from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 and it overwrote my config.yaml to the default. Needed to re-edit and bounce the service to get it running.
It would be nice somewhere on the webpage of Meshtastic(d) if the version could be listed.
Agreed – would be helpful if the webpage showed the version string. Also, it would be great if /etc/meshtasticd/config.yaml and /lib/systemd/system/meshtasticd.service did not get over-written by default during an upgrade.
