Two tbeam hardware questions:
What is this metal structure at the end of the tbeam? The contacts at the two red arrows on one of my three boards arrived unsoldered or detached. Should I try to solder it or return it?
What radio does the ipx connector at the third red arrow connect to?

That’s the built in antenna for bluetooth and wifi, and a connector in case you want to use your own antenna. Looking at my board, those two contacts don’t look soldered, but they also didn’t move when I tugged on them, so they may well be.
Bluetooth and WiFi still appear to work but havent added any considerable distance.
I’ve had these pop off easily on 2 different T-Beams. They seem to be generally very poorly soldered on. Luckily, it’s not a big job a all to re-solder them back on. That’s what I’d recommend if you’re confident in your skills.
