Like many I bought 2 T-beams and one, even though flashed with the same 2.2.17 beta failed to give position information. The gps red flashing light was flashing, but no joy.
I tried reflashing, full erase and otherwise, but no success.
In a Hail Mary attempt I flashed the latest Alpha 2.2.19 and the gps info started showing!
I flashed back to the Beta and all is still working!
Hopefully this will help some other noob like myself.
