Setting name of device (longname) via CLI

I’ve searched the docs, and haven’t found a way to set the longname via the CLI. I’m sure I’m just missing it, but without some type of “index” that gives everything on one page, hard to search for with current doc layout. Not saying that the “index” doesn’t exist - but I haven’t found it.

How do I set the “longname” via the CLI - NOT the phone app, and, is there an index that lists ALL commands in the CLI in one list that I can at least use the browser “find” command to go through and see what’s there. Couple of other commands I’m sure exist, but cannot find.

Thank you! Kept looking for something with “name” in the command

And thinking - brings up a consistency issue. Its called “longname” in --info, but called owner in the CLI. Output should really match CLI names that set that setting.
