Hi all, as per my subject, I purchased a 433 Mhz LILYGO module, and I wanted to upgrade the firmware to the latest version available.
So I went to flasher.meshtastic.org I selected my device LILYGO T-LoRa V2.1-1.6, selected the first stable firmware, and hit flash. After that I pressed on the continue button at the bottom of the page and in the window that opened I activated the 3rd item “Full Erase and Install”. Once I pressed the green button at the bottom a window opened up for me where I choose which USB port my device is connected to and therein lies the problem, because it seems like I’m not being recognized. As mentioned I use linux debian ver. 11 , I also tried on ver. 12, but nothing changed. As a browser I use Chromiun, I also tried installing the linux version of google chrome , which recognized a pseudo USB port , but that didn’t work either. Now I ask is there anyone who has experienced the same problem as me ? How did you solve it ? Is there maybe some driver that needs to be installed ? I thank you to those who will give me a hand to solve this problem
Are you in the “dialout” group?
