Has the MQTT channel changed in 2.4.0?

Upgraded firmware from 2.3.10 to 2.4.0 and now my previously working MQTT has stopped working.

Traffic management for the public mqtt service has been updated pretty substantially x.com

If you’re using a custom PSK, your setup will not be affected by these changes.

I am using my own MQTT but I’m not seeing any messages come across the network.

Is this correct channel:
