Device and Environment Metrics not being recorded every 15 minutes as desired

Running T-Beam v2.0.10.e09b12c Alpha

I have both environment and device metrics setup for 15 minute interval recording. It appears that only the times when I tie into one of the nodes (I have three, one as repeater and two as regular nodes) via BluTooth that the devices are being updated (device and environment) Nothing listed between the BT login times.

Any idea what could be going on?

Also is there a way for the times to be k. 24 Hour times (ie 1000, 1537, 2359, etc)?

You need to be connected to a node to get the data over lora from the other nodes.

The dates will use the format strings from your locale and 24 hour date setting from the iPhone in the next app version

So I must be connected 24/7 to get the data to record every X minutes? Is it not stored in each device continuously?

There is a cache of packets on the device that holds about 30 packets
