Clearing external notification

Hi all,

I’m currently testing the external notifications with an LED. I have the LED illuminate when a new message arrives, in fact if I set the Output time and Nag time to “One Second” I can get it to blink on a new message.

However, I cannot get it to clear, i.e turn off!

I would of thought that opening or viewing the messages within the app would clear the notification.

Is there something I am missing here or will this continue to blink until I reboot the node?

Okay, I just figured out that I can assign the user button to a GPIO and use that to clear the notification status, but is there any way to do it once a message has been read?
