While working on something else, I happened to notice the cause of something many have complained about: charging indication was wrong on any board that used a ‘dumb’ analog voltage sensor. I just fixed it and it will be out in the next release…

I actually see readings of about ~4.1 when I’m actively charging a battery and the cell is topped. Either the charger end-cycle point or the equivalent parallel resistance of the cell may be contributing to that.
