Is there an older version of the app I can use that supports 4.4.4 (Unable to be updated) I am an iOS user and was given an android but it doesn’t support the app. Any help wouLd be greatly appreciated!! Thanks Rich.

Alas support for BLE (how we talk to the radios) wasn’t added to Android until version 5. And it was fairly buggy until about 6.5. which is why I set the min version the way I did.
Someone is making good progress on an iOS app and posts about it occasionally on the developer slack, though I don’t know their plans for release.
