Hmm. Someone else mentioned a change in serial behavior. I haven’t checked yet but possibly pyserial (which we use), pushed out a bad update? I’ll check soon. It seems like rtscts behavior changed on windows pyserial. I’ll investigate

At some point if we don’t figure it out here it would be good to file a bug on the projects git page so it isn’t forgotten.
