Does anyone else have the problem of their tbeam requesting to bluetooth pair after it has already been pair? It happens randomly without any user messing with device or any other nearby bluetooth enabled devices.
This looks like a common problem… I have it on both of my new devices. I might be able to find a solution if I can dig into the documentation later. It looks like an issue of MAC address randomization.
it’s important to mention what client/app (Android, iOS, etc), app version and firmware version this is about.
Re-flashing the firmware-tbeam-1.2.59.d81c1c0.bin using the instructions found here: Flashing ESP32 devices firmware | Meshtastic seems to have fixed it for me, but I’ll need to test it longer to be certain. The pairing survived bluetooth being turned off and then on again.
