Hi
Just got my 2 first devices. One of them is a RAK4631 with an RAK14000 module. The display does not seem to do anything. Where do I start if I want to get this working?
I have added support for it and other faster partial update e-Papers

At first i could not get the screen to fit, fixed but now have a line down bottom of screen that i cannot seem to fix
The author of GxEPD2 wont do specific support for this e-Paper

So we are stuck with using the WaveShare 213_B74 support that is similar

This PR is an further enhancement of [PR1199](https://github.com/meshtastic/Mesh… tastic-device/pull/1199) to add 1.54, 2.9 and 4.2 inch e-Paper support with partial updates for faster screen transitions
