Queued Messages Won't Send

I’ve got 3 radios (T-Beam V1.1 ESP32 915mhz v1.2.43.a405d81) in enclosures outdoors that will not send queued messages.

If I use my andriod phone to send a message to a sleeping radio it will remain queued (up arrow icon) indefinitely and never send. The radio won’t wake up and process the queued messages.

The radio will however wake up when it receives a message from another radio.

Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions?

right now a user button press is expected to wake up bluetooth on the T-Beams. one workaround you can try is to --set is_router true.

Ah okay, thanks for the router recommendation.

Is the future intent to have the radio check for queued messages when it wakes?
