Other devices in my area

I set up my two TBEAMs and immediately after starting i picked up 3 other devices that aren’t mine:

One of these devices “Carpatia” sends messages continuously such as:

Carpatia
09:53 AM
seq 4

I’m new to Meshtastic and LoRA in general, but what are these other devices? Are they just meshtastic flashed devices my neighbors have, or is this something else? Why is Carpathia sending out “seq #” continuously?

They are running the range test plug-in. Send a message, say hello!

did you configure the MQTT gateway on any of your devices? those nodes/messages are in the Meshtastic public MQTT server.
