New hardware prototype

Thanks, I had seen that nifty trick floating around somewhere. Good way to ensure the correct function of those pins.

What are those functions a part of? I don’t think they are in the RadioLib library are they?

The meshtastic master branch now supports the E22 using either TXEN/RXEN or DIO2/RXEN. Also setting DIO3 to power the TCXO.

Yes. You are good to go with the code in master. Those functions Eric are referring to are analogous to the ones I added (and you fixed :slightly_smiling_face:)

Yes these fuctions are for the homebrewers and are purely symbolic as they’re not part of any existing library.
Great that Meshtastic now natively supports E22M modules! Thanks Dafeman!

Ah, I see. I only had a small part to play but its fun hacking away!

Hi Syed, I’d be interested in an NRF-based board. I have had a little hobby experience with Nordic chips. Let me know when you have a product or self-build design?

Yes, I will be sure to let everyone know. It looks like we are still about 6 weeks away from anything to play with, though.

Any updates on progress for these prototypes?

@geeksville has been testing the a few units I sent to him. There are a few bugs and I have a revision for his review.

Samples, since they are low volume, are pretty expensive, so I still don’t have anything for others to play with.
