That screen on the T-beam looks normal after you have programmed it. There is no error shown. It is 1 of 1 on the network, and the GPS had no fix yet.
Your next step is to connect via the phone app and Bluetooth - see App user guide on wiki.
Then you need a second device to communicate with.
